Abhyanga translates as the application of oil to the body. This full-body-massage consists of rhythmic, flowing strokes, activates blood circulation, detoxifies and frees the body from muscle and nerve tension. In Ayurveda, the application of oil to the body has been used for centuries to rejuvenate the skin and improve its suppleness, firmness and radiance. Ayurveda Abhyanga massage will help you to release energetic blockages and awaken your potential to access the higher source of your divine Kundalini energy. Before you dive into this journey of energy we will connect through a deep conversation, a specific meditation and a short session of breathwork. The following massage involves extremely slow touch along the spine and back, awakening the body's sensitivity, connecting with the flow of subtle energy channels (so-called nadis) and bringing the body/mind/breath into a state of oneness. The massage is deeply relaxing and soothing and creates a onveying a feeling of wholeness and connectedness. Through my conscious and receptive touch, you will come more easily into contact with your own body, from which we are often disconnected by stress, work, the pace of everyday life and constant responsibility. This massage can support you to get back deeply into your body and gives a feeling of complete relaxation. The sensitive touches will connect you not only with the physical body but also with the energetic body. When we are in close contact with this body, we can start self-healing on a deep level. Perceiving where the energetic imbalance is and dissolving it with breath, attention and relaxation.
